Registration Information for RETURNING K - 8 Families

Registration for the 2017-2018 school year is now open!
Our admissions applications, enrollment, financial aid, and tuition payments are all managed by TADS, a web-based tuition management company. For TADS contact information, please see the sidebar.

We are happy your student(s) will be returning to St. Pascal Baylon Catholic School for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year! On January 11,  TADS sent St. Pascal's families an e-mail with a link for individual online registration for the 2017-18 school year.
  • You will be prompted to complete an online enrollment form for EACH student you are enrolling.
  • Please pay online the Registration Deposit of $100(per family) by February 3. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been made. $100 deposit will be credited to your TADS tuition account in October, 2017.
  • Once you have completed the enrollment process in TADS, you may request Financial Assistance by clicking on tab financial aid tab on TADS.  (TIP: Download the Financial Aid Worksheet (link here) as a reference for the items you will need in order to complete this online process. Please note that all Financial Aid Applications must be completed on TADS by April 1, 2017 in order to be considered for Financial Aid. St. Pascal’s school has limited funds available and will review all FA applications in May. Tuition assistance will be allocated in May 2017 to families with financial need for the 2017-2018 school year.

Registration Timeline

January 11, 2017 - February 3, 2017
Returning K-8 Families - Early Registration Promotions
Complete registration on TADS and pay $100.00 per family registration deposit by February 3 and have a chance to be entered in a drawing for one of three $1,000 scholarships.

Also, every  returning K-8 student registered by
February 3, 2017 will be entered into a drawing for a $200 tuition discount. There will be ONE WINNER PER GRADE!

St. Pascal's families do NOT have to qualify for Financial Aid to participate in these fantastic drawings!

Fr. Mike will draw names after school Mass on Wednesday, February 8th. Come join the fun and meet the lucky winners!

A huge thank you to the donors and supporters who have made these scholarships available for 2017-18. This opportunity would not be available without the help of the school's generous donors!

April 1, 2017
K-8 Financial Aid deadline; all applications and supporting documents must be submitted to TADS before April 1, 2017 to be considered. Financial Aid and Scholarships will be allocated for families in early May.

May 2017

Financial Aid and Scholarships will be awarded; watch for tuition agreements from TADS to come via email in early May.

Mid-May, 2017
Tuition Agreements must be signed and payment plans set up on TADS by the end of May. Tuition agreements not signed by this deadline will be at risk of having financial aid and/or scholarships voided.
