Admissions and Enrollment for New K - 8 Families

Registration for the 2017-2018 school year is now open!
Our admissions applications, enrollment, financial aid, and tuition payments are all managed by TADS, a web-based tuition management company. For TADS contact information, please see the sidebar.

Ready to join us at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic School?

Start the enrollment process by completing the online Admission Application  through TADS.

Would you like to set up a time to meet staff, tour the school, or shadow for a day? Please submit an online inquiry here TODAY. You will receive an email or phone call from the school office within 48 hours. We encourage 1st-8th graders thinking about transferring to St. Pascal's to set up a time to shadow for a day to learn what we're all about.

When completing the online admission's application on TADS, first, you will be prompted to create a new account. (If you currently use TADS for students outside of St. Pascal’s, you will use that same login information).
  • Once you have completed the Admission process in TADS, you may continue on to request Financial Assistance by clicking on that tab, or you may choose to return at a later date to complete the Financial Aid Application. (TIP: Download the Financial Aid Worksheet at mytads.com as a reference for the items you will need in order to complete this online process. Please note that all Financial Aid Applications must be completed on TADS by April 1, 2017 in order to be considered for Financial Aid. St. Pascal’s school has limited funds available and will review all FA applications in April. Tuition assistance will be allocated in May to families with financial need for the 2017-2018 school year.
  • Pay online Admissions Fee of $120 per family.
  • Upon acceptance, you will be notified by e-mail to complete the online enrollment section at the TADS website. This is the last step where you will enter detailed information regarding your child’s immunizations, emergency contact information, etc.
  • If your child has an IEP, or has special needs requiring services, please notify the school office and send a copy of the IEP to the attention of Laurie Jennrich, principal. The school will review the IEP and needs of the student in order to determine if we can meet your child’s needs. If his/her enrollment here is accepted, we will discuss with you a plan to best serve your child for a successful learning environment at St. Pascal’s.
If you have questions about the enrollment process or would like to schedule a tour of St. Pascal Baylon Catholic School, please contact Mary McGrath in our school office at 651-776-0092, x112 or by e-mail at mary.mcgrath@stpascals.org.

We look forward to welcoming you into our St. Pascal’s family!
